1. GENERALLY

1.1

These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via www.mrbeardco.com, and related pages, ("The Site"). Agreement is entered into between you and ("Mr. Beard"). Detailed contact details and other information about Mr. Beard appears on the Site. The terms and conditions are only applicable to you who are consumers and who place orders via the Site. If you are shopping as a business, different terms of purchase apply which you will find here.

1.2

To be able to order on the Site, you must be 18 years of age. Mr. Beard reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change your order (for example if you have provided incorrect personal data and/or have payment objections).

1.3

Mr. Beard reserves the right for final sales and any image and writing errors on the Site, for example errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Mr. Beard has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item that you have ordered, Mr. Beard of course to notify you of this and await your approval of the corrected price before Mr. Beard continues with the order. All image information on the Site must be viewed exclusively as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot guarantee the exact appearance of the item. Mr. Beard is not responsible for information on the Site that comes from a third party.

The site, as well as all its content, is owned by Mr. Beard or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and market laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Mr. Beard.

2. AGREEMENT AND ORDER

2.1

In order to make a purchase via the Site, you must accept the Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you undertake to follow the Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as agree that you have read the information about personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies according to Mr. Beard's Privacy Policy.

2.2

A purchase agreement is only entered into when Mr. Beard confirmed your order and you received order confirmation from Mr. Beard by email. Mr. Beard encourages you to save this order confirmation for any future contacts with Mr. Beard's customer service. You can cancel your order until it has been confirmed by Mr. Beard. If the order is cancelled, Mr. Beard to refund any payments made by you or your payment or credit card companies in respect of the order.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION, ETC.

3.1

When you register your user account and/or place an order, you will be asked to provide certain personal data. You confirm that the information you fill in is correct and complete and are responsible for incorrectly filled information. 3.2

You undertake to ensure that no one else can use your login details. You may not disclose username and password to any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing information about username and password are stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to the information. You must immediately notify Mr. Beardom it can be suspected that unauthorized access to your password. You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details if such notification has not been made.

About Mr. Beard suspects that you are abusing your user account or your login details or otherwise violating the Terms and Conditions, Mr. Beard right to shut you down. Mr. Beard also has the right to assign you new login credentials.

4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

4.1

When ordering via the Site, the prices specified on the Site apply. Prices are stated in dollar (USD). Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are listed separately. When purchasing a product from us that is delivered from the warehouse outside of USA, there may be additional charges that the consumer must bear.

4.2

You can pay in the ways indicated on the Site. Mr. Beard has the right to charge already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or another similar payment method has been chosen by you and approved by Mr. Beard. In case of invoice payment or partial payment, Mr. Beard or its partners will make a credit report. In such case, you will be informed about this. Mr. Beard reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or to change the payment method if the one you have chosen for some reason does not work at the time of purchase. Please note that any restrictions on payment options are stated on the Site. When you order at Mr. Beard, you approve the transfer of our demand for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB, which also offers consumer protection.

5. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

Mr. Beard may from time to time offer promotions on the Site that may have more favorable terms than what appears in these Terms, e.g. regarding payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific goods specified by Mr. Beard in connection with the campaign. Mr. Beard reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. In the event of termination or cancellation of a campaign, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific goods on the Site are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.

6. GIFT CARD
Gift cards sold at Mr. Beard are valid for two (2) years from date of issue and can be used on Mr. Beard's webshop. Once the validity period has expired, the card cannot be used as a means of payment, cannot be reactivated and the remaining value cannot be refunded. Your gift card is a document of value that must be kept securely and cannot be exchanged for money. Lost or stolen cards are not replaced.

7. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

7.1

Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the Site. Unless otherwise specifically agreed (e.g. in connection with the booking of goods that are not in stock), delivery takes place no later than 30 working days from the date Mr. Beard confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation.

7.2

The expected delivery time of the product is shown in the order confirmation, in the checkout and/or on the current product page on the Site. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

7.3

If packages are to be redeemed, you must do this within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. You always receive a notification that shows where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can take place via e-mail, regular mail and, if you have provided a mobile number, also via phone calls or SMS. If you do not pick up the package, Mr. Beard is entitled to charge you a fee of 20 USD excl. VAT which covers the costs of trackable delivery & administration costs.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1

When purchasing goods on the Site, a 30 day right of withdrawal always applies. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Mr. Beard this within 30 days from when you or your representative received the ordered item (the cancellation period).

8.2

You must not break the seal if you want to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to regret therefore ends when you break the seal.

8.3

If you want to cancel the purchase, you must, before the cancellation period expires, send a clear message to Mr. Beard. You must enter your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message.

8.4

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The consumer also pays a sum to cover administration fees for the return. The item must be returned within 7 working days from the date on which notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to Mr. Beard. The item must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box. Returns should be made to Mr. Beard according to the methods and instructions specified when contacting customer service.

8.5

When you regret your purchase, Mr. Beard back the amount you paid for the product, excluding delivery costs. The consumer must pay the corresponding amount for the product ordered to be refunded. On the amount to be repaid, Mr. Beard the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's decrease in value compared to the item's original value, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to You having handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function.

8.6

Mr. Beard pays back the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours from the time Mr. Beard received your payment regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Mr. However, Beard has to wait for the refund until Mr. Beard received the item or You have shown that the item has been returned, e.g. through a submission receipt. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such refund.

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

9.1

Some of Mr. Beard's products may be covered by warranty. Information about any warranty period and special warranty conditions for each product can be found on the Site or in these Terms and Conditions. Warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after an own change to the function and appearance of the product, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is valid as proof of warranty.

9.2

The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. Customers who wish to claim an error in an ordered product should contact Mr. Beard as soon as possible after the error is discovered via the contact details provided on the Site. Complaints made within two months from when you discovered the fault are always considered to have been submitted in time. You have a 1-year right to complain about goods purchased on the Site.

9.3

The consumer is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.

9.4

When the complained item is returned and the complaint is approved, Mr. Beard to compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Mr. Beard aims for this to happen within 14 days of Mr. Beard has received the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the item. Mr. Beard reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. 9.5

Results will vary greatly from person to person, Significant factors that have an impact on results are: skin tone, hair color, hair growth cycles, frequency of use and how your body responds to the treatment. Mr. Beard unfortunately does not guarantee 100% beard growth, for some it may take longer while the results may come faster for the other person.

Start the treatment process for 12 weeks.

You must complete all treatments and take a photo of the area(s) you are treating before each session.
If there are no noticeable results in hair growth, email your photos to us at contact@mrbeardco.com with your order number, and Mr. Beard your application.
All 100% satisfaction guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 1 year
after receiving your product.
ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps
If your application does not meet the criteria for Mr. Beard 100% satisfaction guarantee, the application will not be approved. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
If the application is approved, we will refund you the purchase price of the product (at the time of ordering), once the product has been returned to our warehouse *.
The biggest determining factor for a successful treatment is that you simply use it consistently as recommended, and for the recommended period of time.

For those who do not follow their treatments at regular intervals, the results will be affected. We cannot control how often you use your product or how your product is used. We therefore ask you to show consideration for the treatment process and that it is followed properly. Please note that it is possible to pause your treatments & then resume them when you are ready, but then the treatments must be followed for 12 weeks.

Make sure you have followed the instructions & understood them carefully. About Mr. Beard's product has not been used correctly and as directed, the refund will not be approved.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in connection with the application not meeting the above requirements that you submit to us.

Shipping costs and the process of returning the product to us (once the return has been approved by the Mr. Beard product team) are the sole responsibility of the customer, and return costs are non-refundable.

We recommend that you return the product traceable.

10. LINKS

Mr. Beard may link to other websites outside of Mr. Beard's control, and web sites outside of Mr. Beard's control may link to the Site. Although Mr. Beard tries to ensure that Mr. Beard only links to sites that share Mr. Beard's personal data and security regulations under the Privacy Policy are Mr. Beard is not responsible for the protection or privacy of information or personal data that You provide on other websites. You should exercise caution and read the personal data regulations for the relevant Site.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Mr. Beard is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances such as Mr. Beard unable to control such as general labor dispute, extreme weather conditions, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, change of government regulation, technical problems, failure in electrical/telecommunication/data connections or other communication and failure or delay in services from subcontractor due to circumstance as stated here. These circumstances shall constitute a basis for exemption which entails exemption from damages and other penalties. Should any such situation arise, Mr. Beard yourself partly at the beginning and partly at the end of the time for the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Mr. Beard right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Mr. Beard reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Site. Changes apply from the moment you have accepted the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the Site), alternatively 30 days after Mr. Beard has informed you of the changes. Mr. However, Beard recommends that you keep updated on the Site regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms.

13. INVALIDITY

If a competent court, authority or arbitration panel should find that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant legal guidance and advice.
